The Next Generation Awards event recognizes not only professional achievements, but also vision and impact, spotlighting those who transform ideas into action, embrace innovation, and contribute meaningfully to society. Each honouree represents a powerful example of how heritage and forward thinking can thrive together.

ANDREW ANDRIANO

Founder, Flourish Pancakes

ARIANA MAZZARIOL

NIK PROVENZANO

Senior Consultant, Healthcare & Life Sciences, EY

Andrew Andriano is the founder of Flourish, a Canadian better-for-you breakfast brand known for its high-protein, low-sugar products.

He launched the company at 23 to create healthier, more satisfying breakfast options. Today, Flourish is the #1 selling pancake mix in Canada and continues to expand across North America.

Ariana leads consumer marketing and brand strategy at SPC Student Price Card.

She began her career at SPC as a university co-op student in social media before gaining experience in agency marketing and at Loblaw Companies Limited. She later returned to SPC, working across sales and partnerships before being appointed Brand Director in 2025. 

Nik is a biomedical engineer and passionate advocate for accessibility and inclusion.

He founded UBC Bionics, the university’s first prosthetics design team, and co-founded North America’s first amputee hockey camp, where he coaches limb-different children to excel in the sport.

NICK REGINA

Nicholas, also known as Nick Regina, is an entrepreneur, content creator, and influencer with a rapidly growing digital presence. Known for his relatable and comedic content, he has built an engaged audience of millions across social media.

Through his content, Nick shares moments from family life, entrepreneurship, and everyday experiences that resonate with people of all ages.

His ability to connect with audiences in an authentic and entertaining way has made him a recognizable and influential voice online.

The event will welcome institutional representatives, business leaders, young professionals, sponsors, and members of the Italian-Canadian business community, offering an exclusive experience in one of Toronto’s most iconic venues.
