ICCO Canada and the Japan Society Canada celebrate the rich design traditions of Italy and Japan: cultures that blend artistry, craftsmanship, and innovation to shape the way we live, work, and connect. In today’s global economy, design is more than aesthetics: it drives strategy, identity, and value creation. Innovation emerges at the intersection of culture, technology, and human needs.

More than a networking event, Innovation in Action is designed to encourage dialogue, spark new ideas, and strengthen collaboration between the Italian and Japanese business communities, all within an elegant and immersive setting. Keynote speakers from Giannone Petricone Associates Inc. (GPA) and TOTO Ltd. will share insights on how Italian architectural ingenuity and Japanese craftsmanship inform innovation, sustainability, and everyday design.

This event invites participants to exchange perspectives and explore how collaboration between Italy and Japan is already shaping, and can continue to shape, innovation in Canada.

Set within an elegant setting, the evening will highlight how Italian creativity and Japanese craftsmanship intersect to inspire innovation, foster collaboration, and shape the future of design, business, and everyday life in Canada.
