A Week of Excellence in Italian Cuisine (Nov 13-17, 2017)
This year CENTItalia will feature:
- Masterclasses, workshops, tastings and focus on typical regional recipes as well as authentic Italian Pizza
- Visiting Chefs from Italy
- Launch of the Pizza Cultura ICCO publication
- Women’s night: an event dedicated to women in business
CENTItalia will raise awareness for Made in Italy products by highlighting their designations, traceability, quality control and certifications. Our goal is to educate Canadian consumers on how to identify and appreciate authentic Italian products, make informed purchases and experience inimitable quality of Italian food products.
